Start a free 14-day trial at Ledger Botje, log in to Exact Online via the OAuth screen to authorize your administration, and add the Ledger Botje MCP server as a connector in ChatGPT. From sign-up to your first answer takes about 5 minutes, with no technical steps involved.
You need ChatGPT Plus, Team or Enterprise, because those OpenAI subscriptions support MCP connectors. The free version of ChatGPT cannot add external MCP servers, so it does not work with Ledger Botje.
With the Advanced plan, yes: ChatGPT then creates purchase orders, sales orders, warehouse transfers and customer records straight from the chat. On the Basic plan the connector is read-only, which many teams use first to build confidence before enabling write access.
Yes. Authorization runs through Exact Online itself using OAuth 2.1 with PKCE, every request travels over HTTPS, and Ledger Botje runs on servers in the EU. Your administration data is never used to train AI models, and you can withdraw access whenever you want.
Ledger Botje Basic is 39 euros per month and gives ChatGPT read access to 1 administration with 400 requests per month. Advanced is 59 euros per month for read and write access, up to 10 administrations and 800 requests per month.
