Our story
Ledger Botje was born from practice. As builders of warehouse and administration software, we kept seeing the same pattern at our customers: all business data sits neatly in Exact Online, but anyone who wants an answer has to click, filter and export. When the Model Context Protocol (MCP) appeared — the open standard that lets AI assistants talk securely to external systems — the direction was clear: give business owners direct answers from their own administration, in plain language.
Today Ledger Botje connects Exact Online with 284 MCP tools to more than nine AI platforms — including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Google Gemini, Mistral, Perplexity, Grok, Cursor and OpenClaw, plus any other MCP-compatible assistant. From stock questions to production planning and from outstanding invoices to cash flow: you ask the question, the AI assistant retrieves the answer.
