Basic is read-only: you can query data from up to 1 administration with 400 AI requests per month. Advanced can also write (create orders, invoices and deliveries), supports up to 10 administrations and offers 800 AI requests per month.
You receive a notification and further requests are blocked until the next month. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time for more requests.
Yes. On top of your Basic or Advanced plan you can add extra administrations monthly (+10 for €49, up to +50 for €245 per month) and extra AI requests (+1,000 for €19, +5,000 for €39 or +10,000 for €69 per month). These add-ons are billed monthly, can be cancelled monthly and require an active paid plan.
