Yes. Wherever your Copilot supports MCP connections - in the browser, in the Microsoft 365 apps or in Teams - Ledger Botje plugs in the same way. Your Exact Online data follows you across the Microsoft tools you already use.
It can, on the Advanced plan: Copilot then creates sales orders, purchase orders, warehouse transfers and account records in Exact Online. The Basic plan keeps Copilot read-only.
Yes. Access is granted through OAuth 2.1 with PKCE on the Exact Online side, transport is encrypted with HTTPS, and the Ledger Botje servers stand in the EU. Your administration data is never used for AI training, and you can revoke the connection at any time.
The connection costs 39 euros per month on Basic (reading, 1 administration, 400 requests monthly) or 59 euros per month on Advanced (reading and writing, up to 10 administrations, 800 requests monthly). An annual plan gives you 1 month free and you can test everything free for 14 days.
